Allison was great! I had about 6 weeks to purchase a condo and she helped me find one and close within a month! We met at a Starbucks and after meeting with her for about 2 hours of just conversating and explaining to her what I liked about my current living situation and what I wanted in my next, I knew exactly what I wanted and she was able to get tours setup within a few days. Normally, once you find a place you like and make an offer, things get very complicated, but Allison and her team consistently would send me documents explaining what we did, what is next, and what is to come. The firm they use for closing is very good too, straight and to the point, no BS and very thorough, caught a mistake my lender made as well! The whole process was almost too easy, but Allison has just perfected how to handle her clients and has created a process that works for you, especially when you don't have a lot of time.
