At first, we weren’t sure if he would be interested in helping us sell rental properties since his normal clients were selling and buying million dollar properties. There aren’t that many agents who you can trust at the high end of the market, but James is one of them. It might have been like telling Phil Jackson to coach a community college game. It’s not always easy at the lower end as some buyers would back out at the last minute. Somehow we made it though and feel like we just won three championship rings.
