I decided to buy a house in Summerlin South, after a bunch a research and applied to find out about a place through Zillow. The system assign Tyler to my account. I was fortunate. I never went directly to the house to see, it, so Tyler dropped by it and took enough photos to show me the basics and where the wear and tear was. Once I put an offer down, Tyler was nice enough to provide a complementary 3D photo tour of the house. The technology was quite cool. I could virtually walk through the house with the application. It convinces me I was buying a place that exceeded my expectations. Through the buying process he provided my regular updates and guidance to help me keep my lender in order and noted the closing fees that are typical and not typical for the area. After purchasing the house Tyler helped me with some move in items and most importantly provided me his truth-worthy contractors’ names for thing I wanted to do to the house, (flooring, cleaning, cabinetry, etc.) I am currently using his flooring contractor. Tyler and his family have lived in LV a long time, so he has a lot of local knowledge that he is willing to share, if you just ask. Who is Tyler Brady? I have not met the man. I am an international buyer from a long way away. Having dealt with him over the last 2 months via telephone,text message and video I can tell you he is a stand up guy with outstanding work ethic and integrity. He has been exactly what an out of state or in my case out of country buyer could wish for. Tyler resides in The Ridges, a luxury South Summerlin community, with his wife and five children. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors..
