Clare and Tom are phenomenal. I found them by chance through Zillow and the experience was better than I could have hoped for. My husband and I were relocating from NC to Colorado, so we didn't know much about mountain living. Clare & Tom not only went above and beyond during our house search, rearranging their schedules to accommodate our weekend in town, but they were also extremely knowledgeable about the area. In addition to the actual house we were looking for, they asked us questions about our lifestyle, wifi needs, etc, to make sure we landed in the right location, not just the right house. They were extremely thorough in their research of each house we looked at, and it gave us a lot of confidence. When it came time to make an offer on our dream home, we were in a competing offer situation. Clare was able to advise us on how to create an appealing offer and she presented it to the sellers in such a way that showed how serious we were, and they picked us! Their hard work didn't stop there. Since we were out of state, Clare attended our inspections and helped us understand what were minor issues and what warranted further attention. Amidst packing, getting our house in NC ready to sell, and going through the buying process from out of state, there were a lot of things that could have gotten us extremely stressed, but Clare and Tom made everything go smoothly! They relieved so many headaches and helped us get into our dream home on our terms and timeline. We literally don't know what we would have done without them! Tom and Clare helped my wife and I sell our old home in Morrison and purchase our new home in Littleton. Clare was attentive to our needs at just about any hour of the day throughout both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home.
