Rhonda assisted me in my search for a multi-family rental property, which resulted in a purchase in Wakefield RI last year. My requirements were very specific and difficult to match because the property not only had to look nice and be in good shape, it also needed to meet my financial ROI criteria for a rental property. I probably looked at 40+ properties all over coastal RI, from South Kingstown to Newport and all the way up to Portsmouth.... It was an exhaustive search, but Rhonda was always cheerful, and upbeat, which is her personality. In addition, I don't think I have ever met anyone with her drive and work ethic, Rhonda worked long hours to do the research and get the real scoop on any property that had potential.
