Rhonda assisted me in my search for a multi-family rental property, which resulted in a purchase in Wakefield RI last year. My requirements were very specific and difficult to match because the property not only had to look nice and be in good shape, it also needed to meet my financial ROI criteria for a rental property. I probably looked at 40+ properties all over coastal RI, from South Kingstown to Newport and all the way up to Portsmouth.... It was an exhaustive search, but Rhonda was always cheerful, and upbeat, which is her personality. About Rhonda

With nearly a decade and a half in the real estate industry, Rhonda Mesenbourg understands what a life-changing event buying or selling a home can be. She and her team make it their business to get to know well the clients whose lives are about to change. Viewing the transaction from the clients’ point of view is extremely important. Her philosophy is to treat clients like their family, and leaving no stone unturned to make sure they reach their goal of buying, selling, or investing in real estate. She truly enjoy introducing clients to the beautiful coastal communities of Rhode Island and Connecticut where she works and plays. Her hard work, perseverance, and dedication have enabled her to obtain many professional accolades over the years.

Rhonda brings that same experience, passion and drive as an influencer in the Realtor community, and as a business coach to agents inside and outside of the Keller Williams Coastal family. In her role as a business consultant she enjoys working with agents for them to see the potential of their dreams and goals and create their Life By Design. She dedicates her time to supporting agents’ businesses on every level and enjoys the relationships that naturally come from those experiences.

Rhonda has always been committed to the welfare of her community, and currently serves as the chair of the Education Committees and as the 2023 Treasurer for the Newport County Board. She has also enjoyed volunteering with The Warm Center, a homeless shelter in Westerly.

When she gets some time to herself, Rhonda spends it with family. She enjoys going to the beach and listening to the surf, as well keeping active through running and cycling.
