Cyndy and her AMAZING team with Jessica Long exceeded our expectations in all aspects of the purchase. My wife and I started our search for a home 7 months ago and from the first phone call, we felt very comfortable. Cyndy and her team were amazing in the sale of our Mt Washington home - truly above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately, due to a beloved family member entering hospice during the time of our home sale, we moved up to Northern California to be with her during the last months of her life. Cyndy was back in LA, effectively holding down the fort for us while we were gone. She took care of so much that we weren't able to - including finding contractors to deal with some last minute issues, getting documents to us for our signing, even moving around furniture/staging and cleaning (!) so we didn't have to trouble with it. On top of all this, she is a such a sweet, kind lady, and she was able to get us the best price possible in our home, which ended up being well over our asking price.
