Got referred to him through my wife, so I decided to check him out...like others have mentioned, I had a ton of questions and scenarios that I presented him with and he handled each one effortlessly and with a high degree of courtesy/professionalism. We had other options for lending, but the energy felt right with Mr. Richardson and decided to give him the business. It's tiring to have to constantly be on guard for folks who over-promise and under-deliver, but Leeonnas wasn't one of them. Once he got a clear picture of what our targets were, he matched us to a competitive bank that was in line with what we were looking for. Any hiccup prior to getting clear to close was handled efficiently. As he predicted, closing day came and it literally took less than 20 min to sign, get fully funded and leave with keys to the house (to the surprise of the old school title co. employee)...ha, probably would have taken less if we didn't have the kids with us.
