We listed our home through Bonnie and and Cherie @ Remax. Bonnie advised us to repaint our living room and offered some other smaller recommendations before listing our home. She sent over a professional photographer who also did a wonderful job. After everything was in place, the home was listed and we had a signed contract in one week. I'm sure timing meant a lot as we listed in early May and I thought we had a good location but I give Bonnie Fleishman and Cherie a lot of credit. We listed it previously with another Realtor and had maybe one showing in three months. With Bonnie's team we had about 7 showings in that first week and had to turn people away once a contract was inked.Her team did a great Job for the most part. We had some small hiccups, but I think selling real estate is sometimes a difficult road to navigate
