I will highly recommend Stacy as an agent. She does a very thorough job of working with her clients in prepping their house for sale. She arranged for touch up paint work, staging of our house and other little touches. I also really like the fact that she was very upfront about expectations for sale price of our house. If you are working with her to purchase a property: We were able to get our new house for under asking, which is almost unheard of in this market (Danville area). I believe that was because of her strong contacts within the industry is what helped us get our new house.
