After making the tough decision of selling our dream home to be closer to our family that couldn't make a move to Florida, there was only one realtor considered for the job, Luis German! Nonetheless, the house was back on the market, but not for long. Luis ended up finding a great, qualified buyer who purchased the home for OVER ASKING! While growing up in a small town outside of Portland, Maine, Luis’ family began vacationing in Orlando to escape those long New England winters. As the getaways became more frequent, his family began investing in short term rental properties near Disney World. As a teenager, Luis would help his parents market and book their rental properties, and from there came his love for both real estate and the Sunshine State.

Since moving to Florida in 2011 to launch his real estate career, Luis has established himself as a reputable figure in Orlando’s luxury market. His expertise in the residential and vacation home market near Disney earned Luis the moniker the Disney Real Estate Wizard. Luis’ 5,250,000 sale of 881 Golden Bear Dr was the first ever resale in Reunion Resort over 5 million and the highest price per square foot in Osceola County in 14 years. Of his many accolades, Luis is most proud of his marketing earning an award for best listing video.

Alongside his wife and partner, Samantha, Luis founded Story Group as a vision for what the most discerning clientele should come to expect from their real estate advisors. When not advising their clients or showing luxury homes, Luis and Samantha share a passion for travel and culinary experiences.
