About Kathleen

As a real estate investor, I enjoy working with buyers, sellers, and other investors to help them achieve their goals.  I am a dual US/ Canadian citizen, and enjoy assisting Canadians with their real estate needs in the greater Tampa Bay Area, including St. Petersburg and Clearwater.  I strive to provide exceptional service, having earned both the Gold and Platinum Key Excellence in Professionalism Certificates from the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association.  I was also recognized as a member of the 2020 Honor Society by Florida Realtors.  I am also a global member of CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association).

I have years of experience in project management and greatly enjoy volunteering for various organizations as an RN.  Some of my favorite hobbies include scuba diving, attracting hummingbirds to my yard through experimental gardening, and clicker training my rescue Siamese cats.  I enjoy international travel and I LOVE exploring all things unique to Florida.
