About Jayne

Jayne Del Medico has been a native to Sarasota for more than 25 years. Through her experiences with the Sarasota community, real estate and raising three kids, she has become an expert in the area and enjoys helping her customers create exciting and long-lasting futures here.
 
Originally from Indiana, Jayne graduated from DePauw University with her bachelor’s in nursing degree.  She then received her master’s in nursing from Case Western Reserve University and became a clinical nurse specialist in Neurosurgery. She worked in some of the most renowned teaching hospitals in the country including Northwestern Memorial and the Cleveland Clinic before transitioning to Sarasota with her family 25 years ago.
 
An entrepreneur at heart and with a passion for real estate, Jayne got her real estate license in 2005 and began her real estate career. Jayne knew that becoming a realtor was a natural fit for her, allowing her to combine her observational and negotiation skills with her passion for taking care of and connecting with others. On top of keeping her customer’s best interests at heart, what sets Jayne apart is her patience, proficiency, and confidence. Her extraordinary knowledge of the Southwest Florida marketplace and its trends allows her to quickly identify the “right and best” opportunities for her customers.
