About Kim

Kim Chitwood has been in the real estate field for 35 years and a Henderson resident now for over 30 years.  For over 23 years, Kim was in the new home building arena, departing in 2019 from William Lyon Homes as Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Throughout those years in new homes, she garnered a valuable education developing an expertise in a number of critical real estate developer channels:
Negotiated thousands of purchase agreements giving her that confidence of negotiate for both buyers and sellers.

Market analysis experience and pricing of new home communities, she is able to confidently price homes to sell.

Coordination between lenders, escrow, agents and buyers, giving her the knowledge to assure a smooth transaction.

Staying current with the new marketing techniques to market and advertise to a specific buyer and seller.
