Not only did she prepare and follow a comprehensive marketing plan for our property, she frequently refreshed on-line photos, thus increasing the number of views our property received. Our home was the most viewed on Zillow throughout the process. (BTW, Lynne, herself, is a superb photographer - a real artist!). While she helped us to negotiate a strong initial contract, she also secured and cultivated a highly viable back-up offer. When the first contract fell through, she immediately presented the back-up offer (at a higher price). The transition from buyer 1 to buyer 2 was seamless. Our closing was only delayed by 8 days. Lynne’s calm, professional demeanor ably guided us through the sales process. Her knowledge of the industry and market is second to none.
