I sold and bought houses 3 times, and Kathy is the best real estate agent I’ve ever met. She helped us bought a new construction. When we were not in town, Kathy checked the construction site almost every week and kept us posted about the new process. We had an issue with the water pipes in the laundry room, Kathy communicated several times with the builder as this was her home. Kathy is so thoughtful and knowledgeable and could answer any questions we had about the house, the neighborhood, and the paperwork and she thought of issues we would never think of. BEST Real Estate Agent We've Ever Worked With. Kathy is hands-down the best real estate agent we've ever worked with. Period. We have worked with multiple real estate agents before, and Kathy is absolutely the best. She made the whole experience fantastic for us and she really goes above and beyond especially during the pandemic. I have a million reasons to highly recommend Kathy as your real estate agent. Just to name a few here: 1. We had to relocate from Canada to San Luis Obispo, CA for work reasons. And during the pandemic, we couldn't come over to the area to view the houses by ourselves. Kathy would always help us to view the houses in-person. We viewed many houses, and Kathy was so patient and professional, she took lots of pictures/videos and facetime with us, making our viewing process and experience so real and seamless. 2. When Kathy helped us viewing/buying the homes, she was always responding very quickly. After long exhausting flights, we came into the house and found out lots of very nice things greeting us warmly - flowers, water, chair, snacks, towels and all the good stuff. About Katherine

Kathy began her real estate career in 2015 after successful careers as a sales manager for an export company and internaitonal tour leader to over 60 countries  She received a degree in Internation Businese in her native Taiwan before migrating to the United States in 2000. 

The fresh air, natural environment, and friendly neighborhood were key factors for her move from South Pasadena to Cayucos in 2011. When she isn't busy in real estae or being single parent to her dauther, she volunteers on the resue crew for the Marine Mammal Center.  She is a past president of the Central Coast Chinese Assocation serving from 2016 to 2018.  Kathy understands and appreciates different cultures and applies her life experences when representing her cleints.
