I have never experienced anything like the incredible service I received by my listing agent Christine del Monte during this sale. Due to the pandemic, and being a Canadian, I was forced to leave U.S.A on March 8, 2020. This scenario of course was a shock for us all and much to my surprise I received an offer on my condo just three days later. That is when my agent Christine Del Monte stepped in and stepped up. I can honestly say that without the incredible dedication to service that she maintained during this incredibly uncertain time that I would never been able to do the final requested work on my condo in order for this unit to close ….and right on time. Originally from the Midwest, Christine del Monte lived abroad for much of her professional career, where she perfected her bilingualism while interacting with executives from across the globe. She held management positions within the luxury hotel, travel and Relocation Services of Puerto Rico dealing with C -Level executives from across the globe. Christine relocated to Sarasota in 2003 with her husband and two children since then her family has grown and is now  "Gigi" to four beautiful grandchildren.
