My husband and I relocated from NYC. The experience with Suzan was night and day from our previous NYC purchase and she honestly exceeded every expectation we had. Suzan was INCREDIBLY professional yet wonderfully warm and personable. She responded immediately to any texts, calls or emails. Her preparedness for background info on the areas we considered and for every listing appointment was top notch. Every listing appointment we were given a folder prepared for the showings, complete with comps, history, market data, note pads and pens. We desired a pool and a guest house, so Suzan always asked the listing agent if those were possible to build if not already present. She even went as far to inquire (with pool companies, for our reference only) the possibility of putting in a pool on properties which had seemingly difficult terrain/lots. We saw over 40 homes with Suzan in one month until we landed on the right one. She never slowed down through all the hours and showings. When we couldn't get the deal done on the home we loved, Suzan went above and beyond by negotiating with the seller's agent to offer part of their commission back to the seller. Her knowledge of contracts and the closing process was exceptional as well, having no issue with a speedy 10 day close. Suzan has continued to keep an eye out for us after closing and remains in contact. She helped out at several appointments at the property after closing. We could not have had a more pleasant experience and we will absolutely recommend Suzan to any friends or family. If it comes time to sell, Suzan will be the first to know.

Suzan was our realtor when we relocated from the East Coast. We had only a weekend trip to find a home, but Suzan was incredibly helpful and spent two very long days with us looking at a large number of houses all over the area. Suzan's vast knowledge about the area was great as we were not at all familiar with it. We felt Suzan went above and beyond all the way through to closing. Especially since we were from so far away, she spent many hours at our new home overseeing inspections and keeping us informed along the way. Overall, we were very pleased with Suzan and would definitely recommend her and use her again!
