Life happens in unusual ways, not always ending up the way we had planned. This was the case for me and it led me to Jennifer and Lisa, the KEYSEEKERS Team of Mainframe Real Estate to sell and purchase a home. I can’t believe how lucky I got to have them by my side for the entire process. Although I was selling a home, this experience was a first for me as my former spouse did all the leg work last time. I had so many questions that often I felt silly asking, the girls were amazing at making sure I understood every step of the process. We went on several outings together to find the perfect home. Jen and Lisa were very accommodating, often squeezing in a last-minute appointment over a lunch break because of my demanding work schedule. We had a blast going through the different neighborhoods, looking at the homes that were selected for us by the girls with the information we gave them on what we were looking for. We had our house on the market and under contract on a new home in just a few weeks. They worked so hard on marketing, scheduling professional photography and open house after open house. Even throwing a Cinco De Mayo themed open house that went perfect with my Spanish Mediterranean home. Jen and Lisa listened and lead me to the home that I own today. They shared the same visions as my boyfriend and I and helped with suggestions and scheduling contractors for a big remodel project. They have great relationships with several different vendors (mortgage lenders, insurance companies, building supplies, contractors etc.) in the area that respect them and go out of their way treat the girl’s clients with the utmost attention. Not only did I score the best realtors in town but made some lifelong friends with Jen and Lisa. We can’t wait to celebrate with them at the remodel reveal party. From start to finish, Lisa and Jen were such amazing agents that represented us so well in the sale of our home and the purchase of another. Together, they moved at lighting-fast speed (as requested), and we were fortunate enough to receive multiple offers on hour home within the first week of it being listed. Having the closing for the sale of our home and the purchase of another on the same day, there was a lot that could have gone wrong — and they were so amazingly patient and diligent. We certainly had some surprises due to circumstances beyond our control — and they navigated us through the choppy waters like champs. That’s really what you need in an agent — not just someone to be there when things go picture-perfect, but one who knows exactly what to do when you need professional guidance or surprises come up. I recommend Lisa and Jen to everyone we know. They’ve completely earned our trust not just as agents, but as friends, and you should use them without hesitation.

Lisa and Jennifer are spectacular!! We had been contemplating selling a rental property for a few years and were finally at a good place to give it a shot. Lisa and Jennifer made everything incredibly simple. They embrace technology and use it to its fullest which cuts down on unnecessary meetings and expedites the entire process which I thoroughly appreciated! We had an usual situation with our property as there was litigation in progress between the HOA and the original builder. Lisa and Jennifer knew this would make the process a bit more challenging, but they weren't deterred and persevered through multiple offers and contracts. We were listed and closed in 30 days at full price! What could be an incredibly stressful time was made as easy as possible through Lisa and Jennifer's attention to detail, knowledge and expertise. I knew whatever popped up; Lisa and Jennifer would handle it. I can't say enough about their professionalism, but most importantly - they're good people! We are from New York and were planning on retiring to Florida. After visiting many Florida cities, we decided that a condo in downtown Orlando was the place for us. Six months before we were ready to buy, we contacted Lisa Morgan and Jennifer Piper to ask some questions about condos in the area. they met with us and spent 2 full days showing us properties even though they knew we were not yet ready to buy. When we were ready, we contacted Lisa and she met with us again and showed us many condos. She is very knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer all of our questions. When we had questions about specific units, which needed research, Lisa got on the phone to Jennifer who was at the office and Jennifer got the answers for us immediately. They never tried to make a quick sale. When we showed interest in certain properties, Lisa was able to point out something that we hadn't noticed that would have been undesirable to us. She got to know us and what we liked and was always available by phone and e-mail. When we found the home for us, Lisa and Jennifer arranged for the inspection and we were able to do a remote closing from New York that was quick and easy. We closed in two weeks! After the closing Lisa stayed in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. She even made arrangements to have our new home cleaned from top to bottom before we moved in. We cannot recommend Lisa Morgan and Jennifer Piper highly enough. Our entire experience with them was an absolute pleasure. This review is long overdue, as Lisa Morgan/Jenn Piper were a fabulous dynamic duo in helping my husband & I find a home in the Winter Park area, neighboring Audubon Area of August 2018. Allow me to provide a bit of insight on our situation. We relocated here from the west coast and started off with another realtor, which I might add seemed to be a great fit at first. For over a month we were being aimlessly directed by a very part-time inexperienced agent. Prior to finding Lisa/Jen I spent countless days of viewing unorganized listings. Weekends were left alone scouring open houses. We is where we kept running across Lisa Morgan at open houses. After a solid month and a half of working with a part time agent, living in a hotel with our dog, spending thousands of dollars, our lives stuffed in storage pods; we decided to leave our part-time realtor and start working with Lisa Morgan. That was the best choice and long overdue. Lisa was one the most organized relators that understood central Florida's industry & inventory. Don't let that sweet southern voice fool you! She is very attentive, has suburb responsiveness, 5 Star Process expertise, & her negotiating skills matched her dynamic personality! The best part of working with these two is you never felt neglected. I understand that I am not the only customer requesting their business. If I had a home/question/ comment that NEEDED to be addressed immediately and she had an appointment. She sent an immediate response or sent back up! I did not have beg or plea for her to reach out to me. She made us ‘the priority’. My point that I am trying to convey is, when you are reading reviews in attempt to get a better understanding of who this dynamic team’s focus is- its you, the client. Trust me when I say, between my husband and I, we have experience in both buying and selling homes. This was our 4th purchase and trust me the expectations become almost a bit ridiculous with tenured buyers. Again Thank you both- Lisa Morgan & Jenifer Piper for changing our lives quickly, saving us money, and making us #1. We cannot thank you enough!
