Is Kim Cao a postal worker? Because she just keeps on delivering! After years of apartment living, I was ready to make the leap to homeownership. As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn't prepared for all the challenges that came immediately after an accepted offer. Fortunately, Kim was. She has quality mortgage lenders, contractors and insurance providers on speed dial. We had all the necessary inspections and whatnot completed with time to spare. The best part is that I hardly had to lift a finger. Kim handled all the back-and-forth between buyer and seller behind the scenes. Even after closing, Kim is still my go-to gal for any home-related advice ranging from maintenance tips to design ideas. About Kim

Kim Cao truly believes that Houston is the one of the best cities to work and live. It's not only the largest city in Texas, but also the upcoming third largest city in the country. With so many great things to do and so many beautiful sights to explore, Kim is ecstatic to call this metropolis home. Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, a minor in Global Business and had the honor of receiving the Corporate Entrepreneurship Certification in 2014, she was very interested about the real estate industry and how the mortgage system works. She finished Champions School of Real Estate for Loan Origination, specializing in Residential Mortgage, the same year.

Kim decided to take the leap of faith and completed her real estate schooling and obtained her license in June of 2015. Her career started at Nino Properties where she became a Relocation Specialist, helping clients make their moves to and from Houston.

Since she started, she has attended many continuing education classes to ensure that she has the most up-to-date information and the right knowledge to assist her clients with their real estate needs, whether it is selling or buying or investing.
