My wife and I had decided to do a preliminary search for our retirement home. We were interested in seeing properties in a gated community. We were told that a real estate agent would be required if we wanted to see properties in that community. We were told that a nearby real estate agency might be helpful. This is where we met Stephany. At that time, we had not secured a loan approval, but Stephany was willing to take the time to take us on a tour of various properties within that community. Once we were approved for our loan, we got back with her. She showed us additional properties in that community and other nearby communities that we had not considered. She was always very helpful. Once we decided on a property, she guided us through the process of finalizing the purchase.
