We were in an unusual situation and were desperate to sell our home in Fresno ASAP. Juvenal stepped in and did so many amazing things and got the house sold quickly. Juvenal created a selling strategy that created a bidding war and we ended up selling our home for much more than we originally asked. We lived out of town and due to a family illness could not get to Fresno to clean up the house to get ready for the sale. Juvenal stepped up and went in and cleaned the house himself.
