With an educational background in psychology and a professional background in banking and sales, her strong ability to identify relevant factors pertaining to a given situation qualifies her to work effectively with people to enable them to reach their goals, and has made her an active force in negotiations. 

As both a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and GUILD Recognition awardee of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM), Taline specializes in the luxury home market and has completed extensive training to build additional competencies unique to the upper-tier arena. Taline is also a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and helps clients to match housing choices with their lifestyle, life stage and income level, as well as to evaluate the trade-offs involved in choosing a community and property.
