The level of service Jill provided was outstanding. She went above and beyond. For example, the front door of our new house needed to be replaced and Jill spent a good deal of time at Lowes researching the cost of a new door so that we could use this information to negotiate with the sellers. Jill also found a roofer to make repairs for the house we were selling; and called ahead of time to explain the situation. As soon as we met Jill she made us feel comfortable and it was obvious that she is very knowledgeable. She is thorough and did a great job explaining everything to us. We feel like she made us a priority and she was always available for questions or if we needed something(such as when we needed to see a house). The overall experience was better than we expected. We were extremely satisfied with Jill Rooney's service.

Jill just jumped in and took care of everything she could to make our short timeframe less stressful. She was in constant contact throughout the entire process. We think Jill did everything she could to make our sale go as smoothly as possible. We couldn't think of anyone doing a better job. In regards to what was the most helpful thing Jill did to make the process easier, since we were time constrained with our move to Florida, she was able to take care of the closing for us and dealt directly with the buyer. The most difficult part for us were the counter offer requests, which made us feel like the buyer was being unreasonable; and Jill did all the right things to take care of it. Jill worked over Memorial Day weekend to make sure we were able to get our sale completed by June, we couldn't ask for more. Very satisfied, Jill's service exceeded our expectations.
