My wife and I were new to Lake Havasu City. We visited family the past two winters and decided to look around Lake Havasu City making this our permanent home. Sandra asked us many questions to determine what area of town would fit our needs, what type of home we were looking for and what price range we were comfortable at. We wanted a home that had views of the mountains and the lake! Guess what? She found the house we were looking for! Every morning we go out on our patio with our cup of coffee and look out at the mountains. When spring and fall come around we go up the winding staircase that leads us on top of our deck where we are able to sit and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains around us. We would sit up on the roof deck on fall evenings watching the stars enjoying the peacefulness of the night. We feel we made a great choice in buying our home in Lake Havasu. Neighbors are friendly and willing to lend a hand if help is needed. Sandra worked hard for us, taking the time and allowing us to make our final decision in our timeline.
