About Jamie

I am the Director of Career Advancement for ERA Davis & Linn in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine, FL, which serves NE Florida.  He and his family moved to the Jacksonville area from Destin, FL in 2012 to building real estate offices and companies in this market. 

I have a history of building real estate offices and companies through recruiting and developing real estate sales associates in residential and commercial sales.  I started with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in 2006 in Panama City Beach, FL.  We grew offices and opened new offices with CBRRE and then Coldwell Banker United, Realtors, who acquired the NW FL operations, from 2006 through 2012.  I  was successful in acquiring and developing real estate talent cumulating with CBUR’s Destin office becoming Florida’s #1 producing office with over 75 agents and $200M in closed sales.  In moving to NE Florida, I went to work with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty in the Fleming Island office, increasing the agent count from 30 to over 75 and production from $120M to $230M in 2015 and then moved into the COO role overseeing 7 offices with over 300 agents.  I worked as the Director of Career Advancement for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers in Atlanta, home to over 2500 agents, in 2019, before returning to Jacksonville to work with ERA Davis & Linn.

In addition to working in real estate, I'm a member of the United States Army Reserves retiring with 33+ years of service.  I  hold the rank of COL.   Just for fun, I referee college and high school basketball in and around Jacksonville.

My wife of 23+ years, Angela, is the VP for Operations with Green River Property Management.  We a have beautiful teenage twin children Audrey and Trey and live in Fleming Island, FL.
