How do you select a realtor? Most often, the selection takes place after a referral from a relative, colleague, friend, or neighbor. Albeit, whatever the selection process, you are relying on someone else’s opinion. Being out-of-state, I did not have the ability to ask someone else’s opinion concerning a recommendation of a realtor in the Knoxville area. My selection of Caroline was based strictly on reviews, such as the reviews you are currently reading. If you are as fortunate as I was, you will take my opinion to heart. Caroline is absolutely the best realtor you could select, bar none. She has a vast knowledge of the local communities, approximate home valuations and she was always available to share her knowledgeable opinions (pros and cons) concerning each property, without hesitation. If you are a buyer, she will recommend service providers and she is always available to answer a wide range of questions. Caroline gave me excellent guidance, unfaltering availability, and shared her deep knowledge about a variety of issues that are always present whether you’re selling or buying a home.
