Chad is a great realtor one can ever find, I’m grateful I was referred to him! He’s has great talent in the real estate market and working with him in house buying has been very easy and less stressful. He works towards the house buyers interest and he isn’t pushy on anything (which I have seen other people doing it). He gives fair input on what he thinks about each house in regards to location, house pricing, future growth, any notable issues with house structurally and cosmetic item related which helps in deciding each buyer and gives a good understanding of the situation. From the start of process to closing and beyond closing he follows up every time and make sure everything is good. Chad is an excellent Realtor. My Fiancee and I recently purchased a house with Chad as our agent, and going in to the process naturally we wondered if we had the right agent. Chad was our buyer agent for new construction home. He did very well communicate with a builder and negotiate to resolve issues for our home. I would recommend him as a buyer/seller agent from some reasons. First, it was very easy to reach him and I got quickly his response by phone or email. Second, he provided very helpful info when I requested to him. Third, he had a good relationship with customer and other party. Lastly, he is not a common realtor, but is a great consultant. We will work with him again for future property transactions.

About Chad

After graduating in Chemistry major, I realized that it was not a field where I want to pursue my career. I decided to study Hospitality in Glion, Switzerland. I was thinking I needed to work with people rather than materials. I met so many students with different cultures from all of the world. Time in the hotel school allowed to travel and taught me cultural diversity which brings a collective strength that can benefit everyone. From 2000 to 2009, I worked in Omni Dallas, San Francisco, San Diego, Orlando, Los Angeles, Austin and ATT Conference Center Hotel as manager in Room Division. The experience working with 40-60 customers in direct contact daily basis developed my personality in a way I can now accommodate, and exceed customer’s expectation.My wife, Youmi came to San Francisco to marry me from Korea in 2001. Ten years in Austin blessed me with two daughters, Tracy and Rachel. Putt, a Shepard mix also was adopted in 2006.Working as a business owner, I was always looking for an opportunity to come back to customer service field.
