We knew of Shane prior to being a broker. We chose him because of his genuine love for the job. His meticulous attention to detail. His honesty. Lastly because he is such a great person. Shane has a great deal of local knowledge,is highly recommended and has all of the qualities listed above. They just are not necessarily what we were looking for. This is why I checked not important to me. Our purchase was an absolute nightmare. Shane far outworked his commission and should have been given the other agents commission. Never has an agent had to deal with the horror that was our closing. He handled it so well. So happy he was our agent!!! The Remax agent for the seller should probably have his license revoked. I wish I could give Shane a higher mark on patience. We were a real pain. We looked forever. He always made us feel like he enjoyed looking at houses with us!! He was better than Excellent Shane deserves an award for dealing with and managing our purchase. The sellers were awful. The sellers agent was awful. Shane was amazing!! He deserves recognition.
