Lillian Isaac is a licensed real estate broker in both North and South Carolina, a native Charlottean, and the Founder and Broker-in-Charge of Lillian Isaac Realty. She and her husband live in Indian Land, South Carolina—just 20 minutes south of Charlotte—where they’re raising four children and building a life rooted in faith, family, and community.

 
Lillian brings a rare blend of technical expertise and luxury market experience to her work. She spent 12 years with Christie’s International Real Estate, the luxury property arm affiliated with Christie’s, the world-renowned art auction house. There, she refined her approach to high-end marketing and client representation, gaining exposure to a global network of over 140 offices in more than 40 countries.
 
With a degree in Construction Management and dual licensure as a General Contractor in NC and SC, Lillian has developed residential subdivisions throughout North Carolina and continues to lead her own construction company. She holds a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from the MIT School of Architecture and Planning and maintains an active insurance license with 13 years of experience in sales and commercial underwriting—specializing in construction businesses.
 
In addition to her real estate and construction credentials, Lillian also maintains an active insurance license, backed by 13 years in insurance sales and commercial underwriting—specializing in construction businesses. She also holds an OSHA 30 certification, underscoring her commitment to safety and compliance in construction environments.
