Edith is the best. My wife and I live in Pasadena and owned a rental property in La Jolla for the past 9 years. We were notified last Sept our tenant was not renewing the lease. We had not been to the unit for over 4 years and we wanted to see if this might be a good time to sell. We were given several names of area realtors and Edith was our selection. She not only was very current on the market conditions, but was able to coordinate all of the painting and updating to the unit prior to selling. Always called back for any questions and escrow was closed by mid December. All this was taken care of with never having to go to La Jolla.
