"Meredith did a phenomenal job in advising us on how to prepare our home for sale and what to expect along the way. She completed a comprehensive market analysis to determine the appropriate price point for our home. She also made herself available during hours that were conducive to our work schedules. With Meredith's expertise, we were under contract with the sale of our home within 13 hours of it becoming active on the market. We are thankful for the professionalism, respect and patience that Meredith exhibited throughout our journey and we are grateful for her assistance."

About Meredith

To say Meredith has a natural inclination for design would be an understatement. As a 3rd generation member of a furniture family and armed with a degree in small business, with minors in advertising, design and art from the University of Vermont, it was natural for her to make her way to High Point, the furniture capital of the world, to explore a career in furniture design.

From her love of furniture design, came a transition to flipping homes. Her first project, naturally, was her own home with her husband, David. They completely gutted it from the inside out, doing all of the work themselves.

And, in 2009, a friend started a cowboy boot company, and naturally, asked Meredith to contribute some boot designs. She’s been designing for Lane Boots ever since.

All of this design work has led her to another natural step, real estate. Meredith is at ease helping buyers visualize the potential in homes.

Originally from Ellicott City, Md., Meredith loves skiing, exercising, tennis, sewing and spending time with her son, Will, daughter, Cricket, and her husband David.
