As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were clueless about the process of buying a house. There aren't words to adequately describe just how amazing this process has been with Dina. Having purchased and rented several homes, I can legitimately say I haven't ever had a realtor that was more committed, dedicated, or trustworthy. Dina never made the situation feel pressured, always advocated both for, and in, my best interest, and always made sure the process, once started, moved forward continuously. She also went out of her way to make sure I saw as many homes as possible in an extremely tight deadline, (1-day turnaround), and wasn't satisfied or rested until I came away with the best home possible. The entire process from start to finish was spectacular, very smooth, and it was great getting to know the San Antonio area, which would not have been possible without Dina's exceptional knowledge of San Antonio, having grown up here herself. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor, but more importantly, I couldn't have asked for a better friend. Look, there is good and there is the best . Dina is THE BEST. Available, knowledgeable, professional, and well networked. Do these descriptors sound desirable for a realtor? Then look no further! If there was something she was not sure about, she didn't make up answers, she got in touch (or me in touch) with someone who did. Dina is an absolute joy to work with and is always honest, like any relationship you just have to give her your thoughts to build a foundation of what kind of home you are looking for. Dina walked my wife and I through the home buying process and if I ever doubted anything she was there to help me through it. She even made herself available around my schedule and would even ask leading questions with other resources to help us understand the investment we were making. 11/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Along with Salesperson of the year three times and Regional award. Two years in a row earned Top Referral Region award. Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. 

Since my husband, Brian Murphy and I have been a team, we have been in the top 20 in the company that has 450+ agents and we were #7 in Small Teams. We are very passionate about our business that we make sure that we are flexible to meet our clients needs. In addition, we are frequently taking educational courses to be very knowledgable for our clients. Our relationship with our clients is paramount to us. We maintain those relationships after closing as well. The majority of our business is from referrals which is the best compliment we could receive. 

Lastly, it has been very important to us that we give back to our community as well. Both Brian and I contracted COVID in March 2020. We were blessed to survive and not have any long term illness from it. Since we did survive we felt it was very important to donate our plasma to help others survive this virus. Brian has donated 11 times so far and I have donated 13 times. This has saved over 90 lives!
