About Jennifer

What’s your idea of luxury?

I remember curling up in the loft that my dad built me in my room in our new home. It was a nest, still faintly tinged with the scent of sawdust. At four years old, that loft brought me comfort & security. It was my special luxury, and was the beginning of my love of homes and luxury real estate.

Throughout my life, real estate has been the common thread drawing all the pieces together. Raised by a real estate investor, I cut my teeth buying residential and commercial investment properties with my family, experiencing the challenges of managing the properties, and conducting 1031 exchanges when it was time to move on. We did it as a family, each of us learning from the other. Drawing on these experiences, I’m now a passionate advocate for my clients, leaving no stone unturned to ensure that your real estate dreams are realized.

Working in the United States Senate and House of Representatives as well as running local, statewide, and international political campaigns taught me how to negotiate, pay attention to detail, and work successfully with all personality types. Building spec homes and working in the construction industry taught me about what it takes to build something from nothing, and to never cut corners and take the easy way out.
