We hired Jane to assist us in the sale of my in-laws condo. She came highly recommended from relatives. We are from New York and did not know what the closing process was in Florida. We met at my in-laws condo and she went through the process with us. She made recommendations to make the home more marketable. She was very compassionate with my mother-in-law who was a bit apprehensive. They had to sell their condo and move into something they could rent on the first floor due to health issues. Since we reside in NY we really could not do any of the leg work ourselves to get the unit ready for sale. Jane took care of everything from hiring painters, plumbers, stagers for the condo, professional cleaners, and someone to refinish the terrazzo flooring. She even arranged for the Salvation Army and movers to get rid of things they could not take with them. She and her husband even helped pack and move stuff. I was kept up to date on everything. She was able to negotiate the best price for us. She treated us as friends not just clients. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home
