We are out of state sellers. Our home was up for sale in the market for over 5 months with no luck even after putting money in upgrades in anticipation to get the buyers. As it is obvious that we were frustrated and stressed not getting our home sold and at that point we decided to change our realtor. We ventured out in the market in search of an agent who can make our home sell after sitting on the market for solid five months. Yogi sat down with us for an initial meeting. We allocated one hour for him as we were interviewing other realtor’s as well, 2 hours flew by and we didn’t realize a bit. Yogi pulled out his homework that he prepared for us at a very short notice. He diligently started listening to us, our perspective and our experiences with the home sell over last few months. After patiently listening to our perspective and our priorities he pulled out his so methodically worked out numbers that anyone will simply find difficult to deny. We have not seen a professional so thorough and speaking through his knowledge for his sales pitch. The numbers were very accurate, no other realtor could tell us in what price range and in what time frame they will be able to sell the home. That was it and Yogi was on top of our list. This was just the beginning our journey with him. Yogi started working on the open house, mailing list, local calls, professional photography/video and many other forms of solid marketing. We had excellent footfalls at the open house and a lot of showing appointments. All his hard work resulted in a solid first offer within second week. The whole journey from getting the offer to closing was nothing but joyous. This was the best customer service experience we ever had with any service provider. He is available any time to answer the phone call and take any dumb question with the height of patience. He will make sure he takes care of all aspects of home selling ranging from attending the home inspection to appraisal to CCO certification. One small story to share to sum him up, Yogi was with township inspector and he observed there was missing Carbon-monoxide alarm on one of the levels. Yogi rushed to the nearby home depot and bought one before inspector was done with his paperwork. Citation was mitigated then and there. There were minor repairs to be performed and Yogi was on top of it immediately proactively. He never delays anything; nothing is put to next day. Last but the best, beyond professional conduct and best of the class customer experience what we found in Yogi was a humble man with a beautiful soul who always says, give all your problems of home selling to me and you be at peace.
