About Fred
Fred was born in New York and holds undergraduate Bachelors degrees in Economics and Chemistry from Bucknell University of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, has been a REALTOR® since 2014 and earned his Real Estate Brokers License in 2018. His business experience prior to ML Realty was primarily in the medical and industrial gases industry, where he held senior management roles in sales, marketing, operations, product development and project management. His expertise includes sales & pricing strategy, tactical planning & execution, contract preparation & negotiation. He has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI).
