We used Bridgette to list our house and buy a new house. She came prepared to our first meeting (when I was just planning to look into selling the house) and we decided to list with her because she was so knowledgable and prepared. She had professional pictures taken of our home and we sold within four days of listing, with multiple bids, because she competitively priced the house. We got more than our list price.
