Janet Zak is a Realtor with Camille Johnson Realtors. I have been in Real Estate since 2016 specializing in delivering outstanding results for her clients.  Janet, a dedicated real estate and relocation professional, Janet holds her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from her hometown in Miami, Florida.  Her commitment to continuing education and enthusiasm for her clieints contributes to her repeat business from her clients.   Janet is experienced working with first time home buyers and investors to million plus dollar property sales.    Janet is also very expereinced working with HOA Boards; as she was a former HOA Board of Director.

Janet has earned the highly respected GRI accreditation.  Only 15% of Realtors in the nation are GRI Certified and are held to the highest standards of their profession.  Additionally Janet has attained the ABR certification; as an Accredited Buyers Representative along with SRS certification.  Janet is extremely experienced working with the luxury Seller and has obtained this prestigeous certification. Janet is up to date with the latest rules, regulations and most importantly is a strong negotiator to work on your behalf.
