About Richard

I was born in Harrisburg, PA. I lived in Greece, England, Turkey and several cities across the U.S. and currently reside in Merritt Island, FL. And have been for the past 17 years.   I am a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics which is the business side of aviation.  I also served proudly in the United States Air Force as an aircraft electrician on the F-16 and A-10.

Since moving to Florida in 1998, I has founded and co-founded several successful corporations that include: site development, sales/investments, mortgages & title insurance.  I have worked in the real estate industry for 19 years and have experience in residential and commercial real estate, I was an agent for 4 year then received my brokers license in 2007.  I also have experience working on condominium conversions.  I am a co-founder of a new ongoing residential development in Northern Brevard and have worked extensively with the various departments throughout the county (permitting, zoning, infrastructure & licensing) to ensure compliance with county and city ordinances.  Over the past 15 years I have also worked REO’s for Bank of America and their affiliated companies and have done BPO’s for valuations then listed and sold these foreclosed properties in a timely manner and at the correct price. To summarize I have been involved in many facets of the Real Estate industry and I would like to put my experience to work for you.
