About Erika

After almost 100 transactions into my Real Estate career, I joined Benchmark Realty in 2020 for its incredible tools and resources. This pairs well with my Bachelor’s degree in Communication, along with about two decades of personal experience buying and selling homes. My past experience in TV News brings skills I use daily in Real Estate negotiations, contracts, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings in ways that reach a mass audience in a short amount of time. 

I am a Platinum Award Winning Realtor, ranking among Williamson County’s top 2% of Real Estate Agents for sales volume in 2019. As a full-time REALTOR®, I have also earned endorsements for five Real Estate designations, specializing in pricing, staging, buying and selling. I am also committed to giving a quick, timely response to each client’s needs and concerns for an outstanding level of service through the buying and selling process.

I live in Franklin, TN with my husband and two children and serve as a Board Member of my neighborhood HOA. I am also a member of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®. I regularly volunteer with Williamson County Schools, and have Co-Chaired and hosted one of the most successful fundraisers for Grassland Schools in 2020.

I am a member of Williamson County 100 Women Who Care, and charitably give to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House of Nashville. In 2019, I took on an additional project, helping Williamson County REALTORS® give back by raising money for Tucker’s House, which is a non-profit organization in Middle Tennessee retrofitting homes for children with disabilities. Because of this project, and the generosity of local REALTORS®, two families here in Williamson County are living easier in their homes while they help their children in need.
