Julie grew up in north Seattle in a small community called Richmond Beach, and graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. In 2001 she and her husband, a Gonzaga University graduate, relocated to the Inland Northwest. She looks back with no regrets leaving the hustle and bustle of the big city for a better quality of life.
