            In 2018 Karlyn joined Compass and Jim Walberg and Ann Marie Nugent, The Bay Area Team, member of Pacific Union International and members of the San Francisco Bay Area business community since 1970. She is an active member of the National, California, and Contra Costa Associations of Realtors. Prior to joining Compass, she was a member of the President’s Club at J. Rockcliff Realtors (2008-2017) where she was in the top 3 percent in 2016-17. Karlyn also has GRI designation, is a Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPPR), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). 

Karlyn continues to volunteer at Hope Hospice, which she says helps her “remember to stop and smell the roses”, and is committed to triathlon training and Soul Cycle proudly participating in fundraising triathlons including the Cancer Society’s Cycle for Survival, and similar events benefitting the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She has raised more than $20,000 to date for these organizations. She has also been active volunteering for the National Junior Charity League, the Danville Chamber of Commerce, Mustang Soccer, and St. Isidore’s School.
