Over the span of our long and fruitful married life, my husband and I have made 5 real estate transactions in buying and selling homes, but this is my FIRST review ever! They were able to close the best deal possible for us in buying AND selling recently for our next family home and we always felt like we were number 1 with the care and attention they offered us with their real estate expertise! After three attempts in the last few years to sell our large, luxury custom built home with other realtors, without even a single offer, we were so discouraged. Being caught within a difficult housing market slump recently didn't help (thanks to the new lending rules and stress tests) and so we were facing huge challenges. It seemed like our dream to make a move that would be so beneficial for us was nearly impossible. Just when we had entirely given up, it really was a very fortunate turn of events when I picked up their flyer out of my mailbox (as we all so often do without a second thought), and I was immediately compelled to call them to see if they could help us.

Team Smart at Royal LePage Ignite had been successful in selling multiple, similar homes in my neighbourhood during that time and so I was inspired to give them a call and have them come over to find out how they could help us make our dream to move a reality. True to the attention they have unfailing shown us all along, it began immediately when they arranged to come over that very same day to take a look at our home and speak with us. Before we met Team Smart, we were running out of hope in thinking that our house could sell quickly for a price we were happy with, but after speaking together and hearing Anushan and Gobi's passion for their work and confidence that they could do it, we couldn't help feeling so positive again about listing our house with them this time.

Anushan and Gobi are a true team, working together with us and each other at every step to make things happen to get us moving towards finding our next home. They staged, listed, marketed and showed our current one without any time to waste. It seemed like a miracle when finally, after so much dedication, they not only had a solid, serious buyer for us, but it was someone that also made the very wise decision to have Anushan and Gobi represent them in this deal, too! In this way, we could both be assured that we would mutually reap the best possible outcome! During our journey, it was reported to us that our house was searched internationally by prospective buyers, largely due to Anushan and Gobi's far reaching and highly visible marketing strategies!

We were elated when the deal was finally done and felt like we were just granted a huge blessing!
