As soon as I moved to Grand County I fell in love with the area and the longer I stay the more I know that this is the place where I eventually plan to settle and build my dream home. About Brett

You could say my love for the Colorado Rockies runs in my blood. Growing up in Colorado, there was never a shortage of outdoor activities to do in the high country. From hiking, golfing, boating, skiing and everything in between, it has always held a special spot in my heart. My childhood was spent in Boulder, Colorado where I attended primary school, often commuting between Winter Park, Boulder, and Eldora on the weekends for ski races. Once I graduated from Fairview High School, I decided to venture out and moved to the mountain town of Steamboat Springs, where I studied at Colorado Mountain College. After living the good life, I made the decision to move back to Boulder where I completed my Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance at the University of Colorado in May 2018. After completing college, the mountains began to beckon again and here I am, back in beautiful Winter Park, Colorado. The beginning of a new chapter is always fun, especially when it’s the goal. Once I arrived in Winter Park, I began working for the Broker/Owners of Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties. Working for them inspired my love for Real Estate and land development. On the weekends, I work for Winter Park Resort’s Competition Center coaching 10 – 12 year old’s the fundamentals of ski racing. When I am not working, I enjoy golfing at any of Grand County’s four golf courses, skiing the slopes of Winter Park, water skiing, and hiking the Continental Divide, to name a few of my favorites. Along with being outdoors, spending time with family is an important dynamic to me. My family resides in Arvada, just outside of Denver. Because of Winter Park’s relatively proximity to Denver, the commute is easy, and the time is well spent.
