Matt specializes in waterfront homes and condominiums along Lake Norman. There's an additional layer of rules to follow when buying and selling waterfront homes.  You can trust Matt to help you navigate through all the extra details.

Originally from Greenwich, CT, Matt moved to Mooresville, NC, in 2004.  Prior to real estate, Matt was a television meteorologist for nearly 30 years.  Matt and his wife love the Lake Norman area and are here to stay.  "We enjoy better weather and lower taxes.  We have the North Carolina mountains and beaches to enjoy.  Winters are short and spring and fall are long."

Matt's wife, Eloise, is also a real estate professional.   Their family consists of 2 retired racing greyhounds, Ozzie and Hayley.  The've been adopting greyhounds for the last 30 years.
