Our previous agent did not believe there was a very strong market for our home but Lynnea was confident the property was special, and her confidence helped us sell for a quarter of a million dollars more than our previous agent thought possible. She spared no expense in marketing our home, including creating a beautiful sales brochure, a stunning online virtual tour, and far reaching advertising - about which we heard from relatives and friends, even in other states. Her work ethic included the ability to work easily around our schedule, a schedule which takes me out of the country for weeks at a time. Her hard work not only helped our home sell for more, but she helped it sell quickly - not always an easy task with higher-priced properties. For all of these reasons, we enthusiastically endorse Lynnea, and strongly recommend her as a Realtor for any real estates needs you may have.
