Daniele is awesome! I'm a first time homebuyer and I am generally skeptical about anyone in the sales field. However, Daniele quickly changed my outlook and made navigating the tricky real estate world easy and understandable. I really appreciated the time she took to not only understand my needs, but also educate me on the process and answer all of my questions. Her energy is infectious and even though I know she's busy, she always makes time for you. We have now successfully purchased our first home and I not only consider Daniele my real estate agent but also part of the family! I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase/sell!

Danielle came into my life at an all-time low. I had just lost my husband, I was recovering from a heart attack, and moving 2000 miles away. Danielle came strongly recommended, but I never expected or experienced better service and advice. The sale of my home was not an easy, one, but Danielle offered sound advice, good counsel and ushered me through title problems, appraisal problems, inspection issues, and helped me pack up my house, and arranged for a mover. She went way above and beyond anything I ever expected. I could never have had SOLD my house for as much money or had such a successful sale without Danielle Gordon. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend her services. I have sold many homes in my life, but never been in better hands than hers!!

Daniele Gordan held my hand the entire home buying process. We created a great relationship. She aided in my rental so I knew there was no one else I’d depend on to walk me through my purchasing journey. She was always professional and tentative. We seen houses after houses and she never once discouraged me on seeing one. It takes a special type of patience to deal with my personality and crazy schedule having 4kids and everything else. About Daniele

Daniele Gordon is a Realtor Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty and specializes in residential and commercial real estate in South Florida. I have been a Realtor since 2004 and my focus has been to assist my clients in making the best decision in one of the most important financial and emotional investments in their lives.

The day I graduated from the University of Miami Graduate School of Business, my Dad turns to me and says I think you should get your real estate license. I owed my Dad that much, since he had helped me through school. Over the years, my parents had bought and sold many properties, and they saw that I had an interest in the field. I did a few deals here and there, and then decided to leave the corporate arena and pursue Real Estate full-time.

My broad depth of knowledge from years of experience is my greatest benefit to the buying, selling and investing public. My vast market knowledge, integrity, advanced education/experience and use of cutting edge technology is a large part of how I can help make a real estate transaction as seamless as possible for you.

Daniele graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, Marketing and E-Commerce in 1998 and 2001, respectively. She also has a Master of Science in Higher Education specializing in College Teaching and Learning from Kaplan University.

When she is not proving truly remarkable service to her clients, she takes pleasure in traveling the Caribbean, Africa, Europe and the continental United States. Daniele is a sports car enthusiast and a soccer Mom to Brice.
