About Marshall

I was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC. In 1995, I left for college and, after a few years on my own, I chose to return to Spartanburg to plant my roots and become an active part of this community. I am honored to call Spartanburg home and have the opportunity to help other families grow here, too. Spartanburg is an eclectic city, nestled at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains between Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC. Home to a growing number of international companies, Spartanburg is a hub for the arts, music, industry, and community. I first became interested in Real Estate while studying business economics at the College of Wooster in Ohio. An Independent Study examining the determinants of a homes price peaked my interest in value-based methodology and its relation to the housing market and perceived home values. After graduation, I moved back to Spartanburg where I worked as a Reconciliations Accountant at Advance America's corporate headquarters but soon realized Real Estate was my true calling. As a Realtor® with over 10 years of Real Estate experience, my familiarity with the market that only a true resident can offer proves beneficial to buyers and sellers alike. I use best-in-class tools to market my listings, including a mix of digital channels, social media and traditional outlets. I understand the power and impact of imagery and visuals and go the extra mile to produce custom graphics to help market and sell your home.
