This is the second time in 12 years I have had an opportunity to work with Susan. We had to quickly sell my mother’s home in San Rafael in 2007 and I can’t begin to tell you how effortless that sale was. In the 12 years that followed, I received a call from Susan each and every year, sometimes more than once, checking in to see how we were doing and/or to wish us a Happy New Year. I had no intention of ever selling my home, but I liked Susan. In the fall of 2018, my husband and I decided to move. It was a big decision, and one I never really thought I would make. We all processes very differently the myriad information and emotions involved in conveying property. My focus is to understand your process and deliver you a great experience, not as determined by me, but as defined by you. I enjoy thinking unconventionally, to exploit opportunity and value for my clients. Trust, mutual respect, teamwork, and market knowledge form the foundation of the relationship and professional real estate services I provide to each and every client on each and every undertaking, large or small. And I do the right thing, as the phrase goes, “even when no one is looking”.
