My wife and I bought our first home together in 2015 in Bedford NH ... In 2017 we had twin boys and by 2019 we realized that we had outgrown our first house. In June 2019 we began the process of looking for a new home for our family, in the same town. We were flirting with the idea at first and also were thinking about potentially adding on to our first home. One Sunday we saw there was an open house in town at a nice looking property in town so we drove over to have a look. We entered the home and pretty quickly realized it was not something we were interested in. We did however start speaking with the open house/listing agent (Tannie) about what we were looking to do, our situation, etc. It became parent right away that Tannie knew her stuff, was attentive/present and would work hard for us. I myself am in the sales industry and got a great feeling from Tannie right away. I took her card and we went on our way. About two weeks later we stumbled across a home that aroused our interest and reached out to Tannie to show us the home. The home was a bit north of our price range however it was perfect for us and we decided in the kitchen at the first showing that we were going to go for it. Tannie agreed to list our first house and make offer on new home contingent upon sale of the first home. It was labor day weekend when the sellers of the new home accepted out contingent offer... that’s when this all got very real and seemed daunting. Tannie was at our first home with us that Tuesday after labor day and she came prepared with comps and other research. We landed on a price that would enable use to leverage a sizable down payment on the new home. Tannie organized photography and consulted with my wife on what to do ascetically for the showings. The house went live in September and Tannie had open houses for the firs and second weekends of showing. She obviously networked the house well because each open house had over 12 parties and within two weeks of listing our first home we had an offer. Now the fun begins. Our first house was built in '81 and like any older house your going to have a list of things to do that never gets shorter. Tannie assisted in helping to negotiate with the buyer agent and we were able to come to a good agreement post inspection of the final selling price/terms. From the conclusion of the inspection to the closing was a time that I never want to re live, it is a time when anxiety will get the best of you as we all know a deal is only done when its signed and done... we were moving into our dream home but it was all contingent upon the sale of our current home. Tannie was there by our side every step of the way , day or night to address our concerns or answer any questions. In Early November we had a scheduled back to back closing (sell old/buy new) and everything went off without a hitch. We now live in our dream home with our two boys and we really have to give a lot of credit for that to Tannie. She worked tirelessly to get this complicated and emotionally charged deal done for us. Her tenacity and attention to the detail are unmatched in all my experience with real estate agents... Tannie is the type of person who would excel/exceed expectations in anything she takes on , so the real estate market and Coldwell Banker are lucky to have her. In conclusion, we highly recommend Tannie for any of your real estate business needs. After the acceptance of the offer, Tannie took the reins to allow us to focus on moving and purchasing a new home. Under her care, our closing took place a week prior to the closing on our new home. PERSONAL BACKGROUND

I grew up in Hong Kong. With an opportunity to become a high school exchange student in the United States, I spent my senior year in Lehi, Utah. Hard to believe it was 25 years ago. I attended college in Boston and graduated with Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1994. I proceeded to work as a project engineer, designing microprocessor-based heat treating equipment for an engineering and manufacturing firm in Billerica, MA for the next 5 years. Looking for a career change that would get me closer to customers, I became a market data specialist working with data vendors, stock exchanges, and end customers to analyze data flows in the investment market and resolving issues for customers of my firm. With my two children growing, I decided to take my passion to the real estate market full time and join the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Team.
